I can understand the whole emotions thing. My characters go through many of my emotions and troubles. The main character in my first book is going through my emotional troubles of the past, and the main character in its sequel is going through my family problems of the past and my current troubles at school.
(I had a half-day today, so I'm going to have lots of time to work on getting past my writer's block... I also have the whole of Friday off.)

I got out 15 minutes early today, no school tomorrow, and no school friday. I love my school, lol.
Wow, you got it all planned out don't ya? I can barely decide what to do next in my story. I haven't written anything in 3 days.

I have most of the big stuff planned. I have 40 some pages written in my first story and 50 some in my second. I actually started writing the second one two to three years before I started my first one.
I still remember how the first one started. It was nearing Halloween and we were inventing spooky sentences in English class. My group came up with something like 'The hooded figure glided smoothly down the road.' I like it, so I used it as the first sentence of a story. At first it was a short and depressing story, ending with the main character hopeless and mourning the loss of his normal way of life... then I thought it was too sad and I wrote a sequel in which he exacted revenge on the evil spirit that ruined his life... then I wrote a third part about how he went on a quest to redeem himself. Now those three have become one story, which has become the first of a series.
There you have it, the history of my first story. I'm sure you were so very fascinated. ;D Like I said, I can go on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on.......... and on....

Sounds like a cool story Eolith. The hardest part will be the transition between the depressed state of mind, to the vengeful, to the sorrow.
Actually, I was.
I could go on and on about my stories as well. But I don't think many would be interested, so I keep my mouth shut. The nutshell version is basically my life, growing up and becoming a man. But its more "fantasized upped."

Yep, my second story is pretty much about me and my life and stuff... Only it has unicorns and evil demigods and magic and so on.

Cool. I have a three-day weekend starting now, so I'm hyped up about that. I'm going to have so much fun tomorrow. It'll be me, my lappy top and the house all to myself... I can be a pretty solitary spirit sometimes.

I am almost always a solitary type of person. I prefer silence, and being by my lonesome over most contact. I like to be alone because he helps me think-not that I need to think any more then I do already, lol.
You work on a lap top too? A genius invention don't you think?

My sister hates me for my solitary personality... whenever she gets home she always wants to tell me big long stories about the happenings at schoool. I try to listen, but she always wants me to participate in the conversation and I usually end up saying rather sharp things. I can be social at times, but I treasure my days alone at the house because I can get so much done on my stories and such.
Yep, I have a lap top and I love it! Lol. This is actually my second lap top, my other one was four years old so I got this one! Because my previous school made me so technology oriented, I doubt I could go for very long without my handy dandy lap top. My parents got me one because they know that my grades pretty much depend on having a good lap top I can work on... and they do support my creative writing side.

My lap top is old. I think its 5 years old or something. Its about two inches thick lol. A Dell Inspiron 7500. I didn't buy it new, it was given to me, so I can't complain. Its surpisingly fast though. Its faster then the new computers at my school, and my home computer-the Mac.
I know what you mean about your sibling wanting to tell ya stories and participate. My brother does the same thing. And then he gets upset when I ignore him, or tell him "No!"

I suppose it's just the excessive amount of travelling that my old laptop had to endure. I was taking it to and from school every day. My new one is a Dell Inspiron 600m.

I just bring a disc to school and work on those computers, and save onto a disc. I don't trust the people at my school enough to bring my lap top there.

My school required them... all of the students owned one and we often booted them up during class to work on stuff.

Your school requires students to have a lap top? Is it like a private school or something?

Yes, it was a private school... I loved it too. Now I'm at another private high school that I decidedly hate.
