Interview with a vampire? I've seen that movie. It was really good. I guess I'll have to read the book as well.

Ahh, Anne Rice is my favorite author. She can make the darkest of acts so enticing, she pulls you in with her dark romanticism and doesn't let up until the book ends. I've only read the vampire chronicles and the mayfair witches, but I'm going to start reading her Sleeping Beauty series whenever I can find the time. I have all the books I could find by her from Barnes and Noble, and I have yet to read vittorio or Pandora.

I like Anne Rice. ^^ Vampire novels...mmmmm... There was this book my friend lent me called Embrace the Twlight by Maggie Shayne, and I thought that was awesome, though.

Hmm, apparently my mom thinks Interveiw with the Vampire is a bit too 'R' for me... at least going by the movie. She hasn't read the book. But then again... she doesn't know the exact content of the Cheysuli Series... and I read that in 6th grade. *blushes* I think my eyes were a bit too young to be reading those. *laughs uncomfortably*

Are the books really that graphic?

Okay... so they didn't go into tremendous detail... but they had some... twisted ideas...

Interview with the Vampire is not too graphic. I mean, there are a few parts, but most of it is resonable. At least I think it is. *shrugs* My parents have let me read and watch whatever I please since I was ten so sometimes I can't tell.

Do you mean the movie or the book? The movie was awesome. It was a while back, but I don't think it was anything disgusting.

I am a sheltered child. I've seen two 'R' movies, but they weren't that big a deal. The first one just had a dude screaming 'fuck' to all the world. The second one had a lot of topless women.

Oh my god! Really? lol, that sucks Eolith. Some of the best movies are 'R' rated. But I like most PG-13 more then 'R's anyways. Nowadays most R rated movies are just blood, swearing, and nudity. No story at all. There are some though with good stories, but not many.

I'm not really bothered by it that much. I'm satisfied with the amount of PG-13 movies I can see. Until there's a day when I've run out of PG-13 movies to see (not very likely) I'm content.

Well. As much as I can tell, ye ain't missen out on much babe. Most of R movies nowadays are pretty plain and boring, and basically nothing but blood, sex, and bad stories. lol.
